I feel your pain I’m having the same issue I’ve been trying all week and had hundreds of 3rd strike hits with kills and without.

    @F8RGE mentioned that Phasma's strikes are getting an update on May 16th, maybe this will also fix the milestone issue.

      It seems that the milestone issue is fixed now. I was able to get nine strikes in two rounds with Phasma since the last update !
