Controls lock intermittently in multiplayer (PC)

I have been having the same issue, every few seconds I cant use my mouse or keyboard for 10 - 30 seconds and it definitely isn't lag, since i can still see everybody else moving perfectly and smoothly. This makes the multiplayer impossible to play.
