Hi, if you check your reliability monitor does it show any crash reports?

If you have any overclocked components you may want to return these to their default settings, as this can be a cause of instability.
Posting your dxdiag may help too: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/
Thanks.

I am having the same issue but happens around every 10 - 15 minutes. I do have overclocked parts but I have also tried the game with stock settings and still no luck. I have ran MSI afterburner to see if temps are too high Vram usage but everything is fine. I have been looking for a solution since launch but still have not found one, any ideas?

Im also having a problem that seems to be directly related to multiplayer only
played the whole campaign 17 hours, on the hardest mode, never crashed.. never had any problems...
started to play multi player and now i get random CTD sometimes with "display driver failed to respond" other times with out any message or warning
i7-4770
16g ram
ssd
gtx- 760 Ti
gamer republic maximum hero XI mother board
able to play the game on ultra with out any frame lost, performance is very good.. detail and quality is superb
only issue is the random CTD in muliplayer mode,
I think its a server related issue,
