Crash when launching

Hi! I've encountered the same issues for about 3 months: whenever I click PLAY, a window of the game launches in black for a few seconds (if I'm lucky, I can briefly see the loading screen) and then...

How old is your motherboard? We've seen players fix launching issues by updating their motherboard in BIOS. There is actually a related post on this for Burnout Paradise Remastered.

@EA_Blueberry I bought my MSI GL62MVR-7RFX laptop in August 2018.
I've tried updating my BIOS but couldn't find anything on the official MSI page https://www.msi.com/Laptop/support/GL62MVR-7RFX

I've tried using the none-VR version of it -- since it had the BIOS online -- but it wouldn't update with it https://www.msi.com/Laptop/support/GL62M-7RDX

The only BIOS that was updated was that one: E16JBIMS.319
I don't even remember how I got it.
Anyway, game is still crashing on launch... :'(
