I've been able to finish the first single player campaign and started on Resurrection. Seems to be working fine now. I'll update if I run into this issue again.

Summarize your bug Every time I try to start campaign mode in Star Wars Battle front 2. Which I bought less than a week ago on the Xbox store. Everything is going great and I hear the Star Wars theme song and then all the sudden it just starts making a screeching sound is the best way I can describe it and it usually shuts off my Xbox and I can’t turn it on with my controller afterwards but right now it is just stuck At the loading screen and my controller doesn’t work. I have restarted my Xbox several times but this bug keeps occurring.

What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 7:00 PM
In what game mode did the bug occur? Campaign
What is your time zone? CST - GMT - 6:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Personally I have no idea. It is on my second mission on campaign.
What happens when the bug occurs? My screen freezes, my Xbox shuts off and I can’t turn my Xbox on with my controller
What do you expect to see? Hopefully my game can be fixed. Worst case scenario a refund would be nice but I love the game and I would like to continue playing it.
