Hey @DokkenFrosst thanks for the Dxdiag. I 100% get that you are frustrate and want this to work for you.
I took a look on that Dxdiag CPU is under minimum requirements and GPU is just on he minimum mark, it still should be playable.
Have you done any form of troubleshooting?

- Start with Clean boot the PC to see if there is another program that messing with SWBF2.

- Run Origin and SWBF2 as Admin.
- Repair SWBF2 in Orgin.
- Run Ccleaner to removed old cached files.

AHAHAAHHAHA WHAT? since when is an i5 3570k below the minimum requirements for ANY game... get real, you must be seriously confused.
Even though the beta I'm sure listed "minimum" requirements as a 6600k... which is basically no faster than a 3570k for gaming... the fact is this game is gonna be GPU bound with all the dynamic lighting and high res textures... I bet you'll find people out there running like 1st gen i3 or i5s who can run the game fine on like medium/high settings.
Christ my i5 3570k and 780Ti combo can run the game at 120-144fps all the time on ultra with adaptive vsync turned on...
