I've had this as well (not often, but it sometimes happens in the middle of a game). The chance of occurring is very, very low for my computer, but it happened maybe 3 times from launch.

Hey, @DYSPROssium I took a look at your dxdiag and you are below minimums pec for the game and this could be the cause of the issue for you. The pc you are using has an AMD Radeon HD 7700 series while the game minimum requirements are an AMD Radeon™ HD 7850 2 GB. It is the same generation but weaker.

I just bought the game, and it started. I changed to DX12 and now i keep getting CTD on the menu screen.
Specs:
i7 7800x
GTX 1080
4x8GB DDR4
Windows 10 newest insider build
