That person didn't get 2 daily crates on 1 day, but played the game for 2 days and didn't open the crates, @Centennialpigon
So for example, you can open the game on day 1, you get a crate (but you don't open it). Then on the second day, you get another crate, so now there are two. This way you can have up to hundreds of crates in your menu. But I wouldn't advice to save them up, because opening 100 crates by watching that animation 100 time is really boring and takes a lot of time.
Is that a PS4 thing cause ive never seen the like. I get one daily crate. If i dont take it, crate gone. New daily crate tomorrow. XB1 here btw.
Or is it that im too greedy and open the crate each day. Will i see more crates if i just look at them each day and not open them

You just need to log in at least once in a day and not collect the crate for it to be kept. If you don't log in at least once in a given day, that day's crate is lost
THAT'S A LOT OF DAMAGE CRATES
Opening 1 crate with the full animation will cost about 7 seconds (not measured). So that means you need 23 minutes of clicking and opening all of them.
