I am sorry to tell you that a refund is not possible for crate purchases. On the other hand, I completely agree with you that the crate buy system is very bugged and I see a LOT of posts about accidental crate purchases in the game. Many players have had the issue as well, so hopefully, the devs will take note and actually change this system.
On the other hand, I hope you are happy with your skins now.... 😕 Let's just hope they will make a simple 'confirmation' button soon.
