Credits missing after game in which I leveled up

Product: Star Wars Battlefront II
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug Just hit level 27. In the game I hit 27 I earned close to 3k credits. When I went to the menu it wasn’t there. My level showed correct but the credits for the game were not. Leveling up is always the biggest boost to my credits and I didn’t get it.
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? Hoosierdaddy998
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 02/26
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 7:15pm
In what game mode did the bug occur? Galactic Assault
What is your time zone? GMT (UTC)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Level up and see if the credits are there.
What happens when the bug occurs? No credits in your account after game.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see my credits awarded.

    I have had the same issue on PS4 last night (26/2) - leveled up to level 39, got something like 2,000 bonus points for it, about 2,500 in total including the usual game credits, and prior to this my total credit balance was about 6,000 - after the game it was only at 6,500 - I suspected I got the usual game credits but not the bonus...

    The anecdotal evidence suggests that you will receive the earned credits for the match but not the "leveling up" credits.  Most effective way others have used to get the credits awarded is to get on chat support (help.ea.com).  Hope this helps!

    I also had this Bug on PC. Leveld up to 41 and got 3k credits after tha game, but in lobby I only had 2k from before. I really want my credits back.

    Same, I just lvled up 5 min ago, it was around 3000+ credits, got only like 500 or less. This is ridiculous!
