Crystals Unusable mid-May?
I have NO store.
100,000+ credits, 55 crystals, no ability to spend.
Only icon is for Daily Crate (500cr to NOT SPEND) with awarded crates as challenges are completed.
How do I personally buy Crystal's, and then use them?

I've asked a question like this before, and my post went dark when an admin of some kind answered and arbitrarily "solved" my issue.
They said (paraphrase) "Update coming. Don't worry." But did not explain what to do when the update finished and NOTHING CHANGED ON MY SCREENS.
PLEASE. EA SUPPORT STAFF. "I" WILL DECIDE WHEN THIS IS SOLVED, BECAUSE YOU CLEARLY DON'T KNOW WHEN THAT IS. Until a problem is 0% in existence, it is 100% unsolved. If I can't use the store, the problem persists. Period.
Crystals and credits can for now only be used on cosmetic items that are listed under Appearance for specific characters (for now Heroes and troops). Go to the Collection section in the main menu, select a trooper or Hero who has appearance available and then select "Appearance" tab that is located below the star cards and weapons. In here select a faction that you wish and then the skin and buy it as needed. For crystal purchase, while in appearance tab looking at skins look in the below left corner and select "Get More Crystals". You will then be given a menu with all available options and choose and buy from there.
This is it for now when it comes to crystals and credits. Additionally in the future new Heroes and Hero ships will cost credits to unlock so stay tuned for that and soon more skins will be added for purchase as well (some new ones coming in just few days from now).
