Cursor won’t move from center of screen

When I’m lobby,  my cursor won’t move. If a game option just happens to be in the center of the screen, I can select it and play but when I die, I cannot move the mouse and need to use the enter keys to get back in the game 

it all depends on that happens to be in the center of the screen 

I can only play one game type, one character class and only when the game option is in the center of the screen. This makes me not want to play pretty much
