Cursur can move from screen to screen

Hello guys

I have the problem that when i am in the game i can move my cursor from my first screen to the second even when i have it on fullscreen. 

I think i have tried everything i cam think of Update drives, also did something with the files but that dont worh either i dont know what i can do more. 

PLZ help.

Btw I have already asked this question before but i accept a solution with a mistake
