yeah I am having the same issue umm like wtf its completed but still locked

What happens when the bug occurs? I have to kill up to 50 people as the specialist as a challenge to get it. I've done this over 4 times and haven't got the prize

I have the similar issue. In my case the challenge progress is stuck at 36/50 and does not gets completed, see attached. I see other people complaining of similar problem. What do I do to complete this? Is it a bug?
