I see this in the morning when I first login to my Xbox One. It will initially show the crate, then it says connection to the servers lost and the crate goes away. I have to reconnect and it shows the crate again. Don't have to turn off/on the console like you do but maybe it has to do with your server connection? If you are experiencing this after a long period of inactivity, try re-setting your server connection instead of turning off/on the console?
Thanks m8,I'll give that a try.I haven't tried disconnecting from server and re-connecting,how do I do that on ps4 though?
