Today this happened to me too on XOne. I'm not sure that closing the game then launching it again or reconnecting the network is a "solution", though; this issue still needs to be looked upon by the devs.

It happens to me everyday since December, to get your crate you can either:
- Turn off the game, and turn it on again (slow option)
- Play a multiplayer match and come back to menu
- Go to a single player mode, play a map and then getting back to the menu
Previously it was very important to get the 1500 daily credits from Arcade, so doing it there was the best option. But now with credits on Limbo, I'd suggest you just play normally, and after that your crate will be waiting for you.

Same problem since patch 1.1, happens 9 times out of 10.
Takes ages to get it to show up using the methods mentioned by others because of the insanely slow loading times of this game.
I mean honestly, I had a Dragon 32 that loaded faster than this.
It's embarrassing in this day and age. Other games of this size and spec load quickly so it's obviously not that!
What gives EA?

I realised that if I just enter in the game and leave, even though my daily crate was missing but would show up when relogging, then I wait until next day and enter in the game, the crate from the previous day will show up (as I relogged) and the one from this day will be on limbo waiting for me to relog, so if I just relog, I'll have 2 daily crates.
This means that, even if you enter the game, and it doesn't show your crate, and somehow you forget to open it that day, when you log in the next day (or any day after), it'll be waiting for you as if you had properly logged that day and had been awarded your crate.
Which means daily crates don't need to be opened by the end of day to get another one in the following day.
Which leads us to this:
