Try to remember, these guys work for EA but are not the dev's. They are the customer service rep only. Don't trash the messenger. These guys are trying to help and currently have an awful position. Yes you are right. The game has been bug after bug. But these giys didn't do it. Be nice. It will get you farther with the people who can help...

Of course I am not trying to trash the CMs, I actually appreciate that they also heard the complaints about being too elusive on these forums, and started replying more often. In this case, what I don't like is that this kind of bug is something that a hotfix should have addressed in 1-2 days, since it affects the core playability of a hero character. Though I'm also curious what caused this bug in the first place, since (as far as I know) nothing was changed regarding Maul.
