Darth Mauls abilities not working

Hello @FozzTheDane  and @Bravo-November7 and thanks for reporting this!

This bug is actually a very old one (here since launch), but it has definitely improved for me on PC. I've not seen it myself in the last months.

So if it is possible, could any of you provide a video showing the bug? It is definitely an annoying one. If I remember correctly it also prevents players from jumping.

You are probably getting hit with Obi-wan's Mind trick ability which prevents you from using your abilities.....it grey's out all your abilities and prevents them from recharging or being used.  Listen for a funny sound and you will know that you have been mind tricked......although I have troubles sometimes with mindtrick audio noise not working or getting drowned out/canceled by other noises.  This may also be the problem you got mindtricked by the audio isn't working properly...I notice this is happening more frequently. The target selection audio that notifies you that you are the target doesn't always work either!

I have noticed though that maul is not as responsive to user input as he use to be.  I find that he is able to use his abilities, but not as quickly after being attacked/stunned/knocked down on the ground.  He also doesn't respond to user input as well for his abilities like he use to.  The issue is much worse with Kylo's Frenzy ability.  The new Frenzy Dice created is a nightmare.....it's been nerfed, still doesn't hit the target that much, and NOW it also doesn't activate when you press the button combo.

You probably got mind-tricked by Obi Wan.  Happens all the time to me in HvV, but it's because of Obi Wan.

I know you probably won’t see this but in 2026 this is still a problem, I was playing coop missions on Jabbas Palace playing as maul I was defending the last command post and halfway through the timer about 4 mins left after using one of his ability’s they all blacked out I could not use them for the remainder of the match (which means it wasn’t possible for it to be kenobi ive played the game enough to know that), before however I was consistently going in and out of the game zone to kill enemy’s in the hall area as you’d know the boundary is right in front of the command post and maybe that has something to do with it, ive only really noticed this when I play on PC and on jabbas palace, only a minor inconvenience though hope this helps.
