What graphics card are you on? I guess some really old ones won't support DX12 and it won't show, same could be true if you're not on win10.
You could try deleting the two .exe's in your install directory (Battlefront2.exe and the trial.exe) and then rightclick the game in Origin and repair, it will redownload the 2 files after verifying everything. Could take between 5 and 10 mins.
