Community Admin@grimmace2 Yes it looks like this is recent for you. I can see a duplicate with the matching refund for you on the 16th, but not after that.
Hopefully this will help with nailing why accounts are getting put into this state. it's probably not a factor, but would you have played your game on another person's console after the 16th at any point?

Thanks for the info @grimmace2. I didn't think that playing on another system was a factor, and it's good to have someone confirming it now.
Once more, thank you to everyone who has provided details of their experience. I don't know if this helps but I get Error 2495 after every game as well as my duplicates not crediting.
Just confirming, i am also getting Error 2495 after online game about 85% of the time along with previous issues i posted earlier.
I've already tried moving game to external HD and even back to internal.
Anybody tried uninstalling and reinstalling game?

Already did, Origin and the game itself neither did work.
Ok.... So I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I recorded booting it up for the first time.... you will see I still get Error 2495. I get that after every game as well.
I get credit from the actual credits and achievements and such just not duplicate. Which is alot for me because I get them in every crate,
What do you purpose we do? is there a fix in the works? Should I record every single loot box. I have a long week coming up and would like to get some card leveling done.
Any kinda of info would I'm sure quell the flames. 🙂

I have noticed this often as well... I have been getting ripped off by this system.... Give me my credits that I earned.
Thanks.Two more crates last night, two green duplicates, two gray duplicates, 1200 in credits that I did not receive. The volume of duplicates is amazing considering I really don't play that often so I'm not opening crates all that much. I have no idea how EA is going to effectively re-implement microtransactions if people are essentially paying for empty crates.
- I have definitely not recieved credits for duplicates since TLJ update. Maybe this bug hit me sporadically before, I'm not sure. I did receive duplicate credits for the three free gray star cards I recieved for each trooper class (all of which were duplicates). For some reason, I haven't recieved any duplicate credits since.
I may have uncovered some helpful information on this glitch. About a week ago, I opened a pack to see if this bug had been fixed. I received some duplicates but no credits for these duplicates. I did not inspect these cards.
Upon returning to the home screen, my collection tab was highlighted, notifying me of something NEW. It was a duplicates gray star card, but the game was telling me it was new.
Maybe some people's accounts have trouble calculating current star cards when opening crates. Maybe we are not recieving duplicate credits, because the game does not recognize them as duplicates.

Can you give us an update? I know it might not seem like a huge deal but it's really killing the progression aspect for some of us. Can't upgrade our cards if we don't have crafting parts, can't get (sufficient) crafting parts if we're not buying crates. Don't want to buy crates if we're not getting credit for duplicates. If you could let us know where things are at with our complaint, we would appreciate it.
