Community AdminThanks for the info @grimmace2. I didn't think that playing on another system was a factor, and it's good to have someone confirming it now.
Once more, thank you to everyone who has provided details of their experience.
Two more crates last night, two green duplicates, two gray duplicates, 1200 in credits that I did not receive. The volume of duplicates is amazing considering I really don't play that often so I'm not opening crates all that much. I have no idea how EA is going to effectively re-implement microtransactions if people are essentially paying for empty crates.
