On PC this has been happening for a while now, the game was built around loot box's and even this wasn't done right, top work EA/DICE top work. This game was a cash grab 101
No matter how much I love and enjoy this game despite its flaws, this bug has killed it for me.
I just dont have any progress anymore, all heros have blue cards, all fighters and most other cards Im using.
All I could do would be upgrading them to purple... but we all know how long this takes under best circumstances ☹️
Opening crates to get nothing out and back of it is just frustrating, if it would help anyhow they could track all my account data 24/7 to read out the data
