What is your issue related to? In-Game Store & Crates
Summarize your bug The "duplicate" cards are not credited as expected since the 11/17/2017 bug update removing the crystal transactions.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 11/17/2017
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) Everytime!
In what game mode did the bug occur? Galactic Assault
What is your time zone? EST (IET) - GMT - 5:30
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? select the "Get More Crates" choose any Trooper, Starfighter, Hero crate.
What happens when the bug occurs? Every "duplicate" card is not credited with the amount presented, ie: 200 credits, 400 credits, 600 credits
What do you expect to see? An increase of 200 credits, 400 credits, 600 credits for each card or whatever amount that is expressed.

There is no possible way to remember them all. Except for when I have the screen-shots I have taken of recent crates that I've opened. Out of the significant number of crates I have opened I'm missing in the amount of 30,000 (THIRTY THOUSAND) lost credits from "duplicate" cards. I can provide proof from screen-shots for about the last three weeks. Screenshoots from four days amount to 8,400 so it may be closer to 50,000!!!!
This issue has still NOT been address nor have I been contacted for any future repair date or compensation even since this games date of release patch November 17th 2017, at least for me. Besides the simple fact of losing credits for all the duplicates. Again I have digital proof with several hundred screenshots that I have accounted for. As of "The Last Jedi" Challege and choosing a side on December 5th 2017, I have tabulated to yesterday 52K, that is 52,000 fifty-two thousand credits in duplicates! All of which I am owed due to this bug debacle
@EA_David I am not asking for too much, just 13 Trooper crates @(4000) or 21 @(2400) Starship or 23 @(2200) Hero Crates would equal that amount since "The Last Jedi Challenge" This is the truth and can be verified with all my xbox live screenshots.What do all of us have in common if anything at all as in solving the equation with all the variables. Well here is my short list of the variables.
