I'm absolutely shocked that this is 3 weeks old, and we still haven't heard a word about the cause or the fix. If I let that happen at my customer support job, I'd be fired on the spot.
I see a few "we're sorry for the inconvenience" messages, but no indication that someone at EA actually understands the scope of this problem.
The loot crates are a scam, but at least we know what we're buying. This is 100 times worse.
We've been spending real time to earn this "in-game currency", and the game has been telling us that it's working. Now, we learn that the game has been lying, and has actually been stealing our rightly-earned in-game currency. Not only that, but EA has known about it for 3 weeks, and there's still no comment on it ever getting fixed.
EA is literally stealing time from us, and I'm amazed that nobody at EA has acknowledged how * that is.

Final thought: I'm a Star Wars fanatic, so I won't threaten to boycott the game or anything. But I will absolutely write a letter to Disney and explain how massively they screwed up when they chose EA to make video games for their franchise.

I also opened all my crates and still the bug. I am sick of this..... I'm sure you tube personalities and media will love this. Maybe if they get some heat they will actually do something. I have a good friend that works in the industry that would love this.

That would be great. That’s biggest problem with this issue, it’s not happening to big youtubers. Only a few videos online right, 40-70 views. Contacting @EA_David seems useless, he hasn’t logged into this site for two weeks. Smh. But customer service tells use to post our issues here, for what? The EA community manager doesn’t monitor the website. They got our money, I guess that’s the end. Sad Long time battlefield/battlefront/dice customer.
