I had the same thing yesterday. So I used all credits to buy new crates and for some duplicates I had doubled rewards.
While opening creates, I checked everything with my excel (where I have everything noted) and nothing was missing, badly identified as duplicate or missing duplicate credits. Everything was working as it should, except for those doubled credits in few crates.
No change for me. I checked this morning with 2 daily loot crates and one purchased hero crate. All duplicates did not offer any credit.

We're still looking in to your reports about duplicate Star Cards not granting Credits, and we don't want to make any promises until we're completely sure we've isolated and fixed the bug that's causing it. Keep sending through your reports, and we'll keep you updated on our progress.

Had a duplicate in a Daily Login Crate today, no credits received.
Logged in this morning for my daily crate. Got an error saying "we can't access your inventory right now." Could see my cards and everything but it didn't show credits/crystals/crafting parts. I thought, "Cool! They're implementing the patch right now." Restarted everything, logged in again, no error. Credits were the same total as last night, opened the daily crate, duplicate, no credits for the duplicate. Bug still ongoing.
- Same here. Nothing has changed on my end. Actually, at one point, I LOST 200 credits from a duplicate. It came back after a match (with the addition credits I earned through the match), but still, this is a major issue, since, well, the only real way to progress with Star Cards is through crates. And if I get almost all duplicates and receive no credits for said duplicates, I'm just going through a horrible conversion of currency. 2200 credits for 35-50 scrap? Disgusting.
