I posted this as well and got NO feedback at all. Mine is on the PS4 and i would think I'm probably missing somewhere on the neighborhood of 40000 credits by now. Here is the link to my old claim.

Still the same for me. I have only been opening daily crates, until yesterday. I took a chance and opened the Restore Stabilty crate for Phasma for the Epic crate since I only had one fully upgraded card. Lol, sure enough it gave me that same card, $1200 gone with ONE duplicate. My duplicates are so bad that my player level on the main screen is 15-20 levels different from the in-game screen. Expample; Assault I’m 51, go to game and I’m 70. Gezzz. All classes are like that.
Heard there's a patch coming, whether or not it'll sort this problem only time will tell. Here's hoping!

@EA_AticJust wanted you to be aware that I did a video showing this issue as it happens several times in a row. I have done as much as tweet, post on Facebook, post here and on YouTube about this issue. I even put @EA_David in all my messages. I hope someone is seeing this or at least took the time to watch the video.
In my previous post, I did a video for EA to watch. I put it up on Youtube, Facebook (EA page), Twitter and "hashtag" and "ampersand" EA and EA team and I made the posts that have the attached video. I am almost wanting to make another video but I fear I am going to lose even more credits because of this issue.

Youtube: Star Wars Insiders- I honestly don’t think we’ll see the fix tonight. I think we would have heard from one of the EA members. It’s only happening to so few, maybe that’s why they can’t identify the issue. Or......they just don’t care. I think we’ll see the fix when they redo the crate/progression system. I don’t believe that’s in tonight’s update. I could be wrong, and hope so. Back up to 80k in credits, plus the 48k I lost in one session by doing what the EA rep told me to do. (Document them and we’ll refund you the dups from one session).
