There is a server update februari 22nd.

On February, 22nd a server update will be applied to Star Wars Battlefront II and the game will be offline for about 30 minutes. We wanted to give all players a head’s up to this upcoming downtime.

Fingers crossed that this helps. No official communication as to what exactly the server update is, so it could just be routine maintenance. We'll find out tomorrow I guess.
