Same problem on DX12. Sadly it seems that EA abandoned support for Battlefront 2.
Same here: ryzen 5600x and rtx 3080 (32GB ram 3200mhz) and installed on SSD:
10 FPS and experiencing lots of stuttering (incl. sound...).
=> lack of optimization but wonder if it is on EA/Dice side or up to nvidia to fix something.
