EA Account seems to be corrupted

I have had an issue for a long time where any EA game I play dashboards or crashes. I am able to play sometimes then there will be times where it freezes and dashboards. Any other game created by any other developer has never done so. Wondering how I can fix this and who to contact at EA Sports. 

I have also had the Xbox looked over by multiple experts.
