EA did the right thing with BF2 update.....loot boxes illegal in Belgium

Paid loot boxes have been deemed illigal in Belgium which means the whole EU will probably follow. From what I have read it doesnt seem to hinge on whether you can cash out your winnings for real world money, which was the legal technicalitiy that many games companies were hoping for in order to allow games of chance in video games. EA fixed BF2 just in time. Good on 'em for listening to us. Its great to see that people can make change happen.

Wow! 😮 And those punishments can be doubled! It seems that the world has changed.
