Elite trooper content missing crates

I recently found an elite trooper edition after years of trying to find one, because i wanted the elite trooper bonuses. I redeemed the code for the bonus content from the ps store, And it got redeemed. But when i when i opened the game I didn’t get the crates for the extra content. I tried restarting the game, restarting the console, and reinstalling the game. Im doimg all of this on primary account too. Nothing seems to work.

do i have to try this on ps4 instead of ps5 instead?

is it possible to contact ea about this or is help support for battlefront is completely unsupported as well now?
