Emotes dont work for Iden, leia and phasma

Summarize your bug I have three emotes for iden and have two equipped. When i try to activate them in multiplayer OR arcade nothing happens. This happens with slot 2 on phasma and emotes for leia as well. Any idea as to what to do?

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure my friends have not had this bug
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing happens when button is pressed
What do you expect to see? A emote but nothing happens
