Enemies not being drawn on screen (aka force ghosts)

Hey team

It's an OLD bug from 2019, which was raised...and here's the video proof where Dooku doesn't get rendered on my screen.

And now I see in 2021 on Xbox Series X....it still happens in HvV. 

I've seen this also happen in GA and for both consoles where something invisible was shooting at me....it's for xbox in HvV is where I captured it, not an xbox exclusive bug btw. Now on saying that I've never seen this happening on PC...I have the game on all 3. So should there be a FINAL patch for this game....please have a look on this weird bug.
