Enemies saber hitting while in air

So I’n HvV while I’m mid air if I get forced pushed or jump the other team can still while on ground saber hit me this happens very often.   

Another ssue is while anakin retribution is active if you get hit while you try to use it,  it won’t activate and you lose the ability to block attack use force abilities,  all you can do is run.  These bugs happen 100% of the time so I have no doubt in my mind if you play heroes versus villains and you try to implement these you will find them.   In general registration attack issues blocking all around these are pretty basic bags and I’m surprised after three years these are still persisting
