Enough crying already

Look at first I was like it's going to take forever to advance in this game. Let alone get my cards up.

While at first it may seem like it. In all honesty it really doesn't take too much time. Two days and I'm at rank 19 I believe. My cards are moving right on along as well.

For those that want to continue to cry. Because they want everything handed to them. Move on go find another game to play. You won't be missed. There will always be someone to fill your spot on the battlefield.

My only complaint at this point is the maps. After two days they are already played out and getting very boring. Other then that. It's pretty much a well rounded game. I happen to like the loot crates. Although there only needs to be one option to buy. Not three different options. Maybe cost less as well. Maybe 2200 would workout better.

What you have to understand. Is I've played wow and other games. That you have to grind in order to get your gear and everything else. It really isn't as hard as people make it out to be. People just want everything handed to them. Then don't expect to pay for dlc's .

I bought the deluxe edition. No I didn't buy crystals. Though I don't see the big effect it would have. Buying crystals doesn't mean you get everything. It's a gamble and a way for EA to allow free dlc's. Because of the amount of money they would make.

Even with the cards I have. I can unload a clip into a level 0 or 1 and he not die. He ends up killing me. Honestly I think the cards are flawed. As I don't really see anything that has changed from them. Such as damage reduction and such. I seem to still take the same amount of damage.

If they make it so you can only buy cosmetics with crystals. I wouldn't purchase any. There's just nothing there for me worthy of dropping $100 for looks of a character.

The not paying for dlc is hilarious “make this game and then give me extra content for free even though it costs you money to make”

how would people reacting in this way feel if they didn’t get paid for work they do, I doubt they would be happy about it.

I ask about what you bought to see if that may determine progress speed. If i'm not mistaken you level up the classes by what star cards and grade you unlock for each class they belong too so for the deluxe edition star cards would level up all your classes by some degree and of course if you bought crystals that will obviously speed up progression in some degree. But from what you explained doesn't seem to have much impact on speeding up progress with anything else which I hope is the actually case.

As far as unlocking items and working towards them doesn't bother me as long as it's in a reasonable and fair time to get what I want. I do like when I always have something to work towards for example I hate when I reach the level cap for any game, now the XP I earn doesn't go towards anything and that does take away some of the motivation to keep playing.

When it comes to loot crates I don't like it because I want to work towards something I know I am going to get. Not work for credits to gamble and maybe get something I want.

As far as EA making profit from micro transactions for all free DLC is a pretty good idea but the system they put into place wasn't really a great one for reasons that have been blasted all over the internet. I think when people start getting their cards to tier 3 and try to unlock tier 4 is when the real grind happens.

There the same cards you just get some with the deluxe edition for free.

i had crates with duplicates and in that case you get credits instead.

I don’t believe you level faster with deluxe edition just get bonus credits/free crates/early access.

I find it odd that you're so dismissive about players' complaints but then have an equally valid complaint about the game. If players don't like the progression system, that's their right, just as you have the right to dislike the maps.

He isn’t boycotting the game/spamming metacritic with negative reviews/sending death threats to the developers because of the maps though.

this is just a few of the things people are doing about optional micro transaction.

It's not really being dismissive. It's aimed more at people crying about being able to buy crystals for crates. Why should they remove a part of the game. For people that really don't understand it. Just because you buy them. Doesn't mean you will unlock everything. In general it is the same setup as buying character packs in bf1.

The only real difference being you don't have control of what will unlock and get. As you were able to do in bf1.

On a side note. I'm glad to a point that I didn't buy crystals. But it is merely only for this reason. In general. The star cards are garbage. I haven't really noticed any difference in using bodyguard. It's like I still take the same amount of damage. I still die by people that are level 0. The weapon star cards really seem to be the only thing worth opening at this point.

Honestly, people scream P2W but nothing is P2W, i have seen people with high end cards but cannot even play the game to save their life, even seen a guy Level 40 on star card level, he was literally terrible at the game, star fighter assault, high card levels maxed out, they still cannot take down a new player, so it goes to show P2W doesn't exist as you are not paying for "OP" anything that guarantees a  99.99% win rate
