Same problem, i even contacted Technical support and they game me troubleshooting steps.
THEY DID NOT WORK.
Seems that even their technical support team doesn't even know its a worldwide issue otherwise they would have told me instead of trying to trouble shoot. Especially with so many people having the same problem. SMH
Seems to be working now. I’m back in the game.
