ERROR 209 UNABBLE-TO-CONNECT

Hello, 

Dear Devs,

Servers have been hacked a couple of weeks ago. (PC platform)

These hackers restart and end the gaming sessions on Galactic Assault lobbies almost all the time.

Is this error code '209' a result of the cheaters changing the command script o whatever internal codes inside the lobby?

or, an external issue(not caused by the hackers) directly produced by the malfunction of the servers?

By the way,  there are all kinds of cheaters playing, maybe you can take a look at the reporting system status.
