I dont get items when I open crates.

Community Admin@wOOOOt-SD What system are you on? Can you get a screenshot? Does it affect all pack types? Are you charged credits/does your number of packs decrease?

I'm having the Error 2495 error too. There are a couple different issues though, i get the error, and when I hit ok the loot box opens anyway and i get the loot. Now, I get the error at random times. I'll be playing in the middle of a game and the error pops up and i get kicked out. It also pops up when i start the game and it goes to the main menu. To answer your questions, I'm on PC, screen shot is attached, it affects all packs and game play, I'm charged credits and number of packs go down. but I AM getting the items the error just keeps popping up.
I get this exact error on PC.
I have the same error on PC and it is super annoying. It seems to be tied to the "I give up" emote. I have tried everything. I tried repairing, uninstalling, and even clicking on each unlock in my inventory. It spams me every time I enter the main menu.
I get this error every time i go back to the main screen or any time i buy a create and for me i think its specifically tied in with a reward i have but it keep trying to give me over and over again which is the reward "face palm emote"
I just logged in after reading this and you are right "face palm emote" is shown on the right before it happily displays the error code on the main menu screen. SO maybe something there.
Just to confirm, this is still regarding the loot crates not being available, right? did you run the repair game feature in origin yet?

For what it's worth I could never commit to choosing a side , I chose a side AFTER people received awards.

The error code pops up randomly , opening crates , matchmaking etc.
Even I will finish a game and it will pop me out of the server showing the error code 2495 message.
I have the emote award too , over and over.
- Strange it's on Xbox as well as pc. Mine happened to be fixed once a new emote was unlocked through star card rank for the troopers.
I had the face pain emote which I think unlocks at card level 15...
May have been coincidence ... not sure but it's disappeared since. The tech guys have no idea when I rung and emailed...
- On Xbox I get this error 2495 every time I start the game, open a crate or finish a multiplayer match. It appears I get the items but duplicates are not rewarding credits. It also is trying to reward an emote over and over that I already have. Customer service had me go through the common steps of delete cache, cloud saves reset networking ect. It didn't fix it but it did reset all my arcade progress which really stinks.
I was really hoping that with todays update that this would be fixed. but, I'm still getting the error. Has there been any word about a fix yet?
I formatted my computer. I delete all things.I set up everything again. The same mistake is still happening. I guess this problem does not originate from the personal computer.no authority is interested. they sold the game. work is over. Let us see ourselves in despair?
- I'm on ps4 and this happened to me day 1. It keeps trying to loot me emotes that I already have. This happened from Crystal purchase loot box twice. Both times this happened I didn't receive my other loot either as their was a green impact grenade for heavy that never appeared.
David, I am on the Xbox One and get this error. From what I can see from my little research so far this happens on all systems and in all regions. The error starts as an annoyance but slowy turns into something worse. I am now no longer getting credit for duplicates. If something is 200-800 credits for a duplicate, it will say they converted it into credits but my account doesn't reflect any of those duplicate credit, uh credits. HELP ME.
