Error 2495
I dont get items when I open crates.

Community Admin@wOOOOt-SD What system are you on? Can you get a screenshot? Does it affect all pack types? Are you charged credits/does your number of packs decrease?

I get this error every time i go back to the main screen or any time i buy a create and for me i think its specifically tied in with a reward i have but it keep trying to give me over and over again which is the reward "face palm emote"
I just logged in after reading this and you are right "face palm emote" is shown on the right before it happily displays the error code on the main menu screen. SO maybe something there.
Just to confirm, this is still regarding the loot crates not being available, right? did you run the repair game feature in origin yet?
Yes first thing I ever tried. strange however is the fact after the micro transactions have been taken out i no longer get the message. at least not for the two hours i played yesterday after that announcement. nothing else i tried had worked. coincidence? :S
Same error code on XB1X (2495)
For what it's worth I could never commit to choosing a side , I chose a side AFTER people received awards.

The error code pops up randomly , opening crates , matchmaking etc.
Even I will finish a game and it will pop me out of the server showing the error code 2495 message.
I have the emote award too , over and over.
- Strange it's on Xbox as well as pc. Mine happened to be fixed once a new emote was unlocked through star card rank for the troopers.
I had the face pain emote which I think unlocks at card level 15...
May have been coincidence ... not sure but it's disappeared since. The tech guys have no idea when I rung and emailed...I just opened a chat with EA support, "5-10min" wait.... we'll see.... hopefully I can find out some information or at least if anyone is working on it. I'll reply again with any info i get.
