I dont get items when I open crates.

I'm having the Error 2495 error too. There are a couple different issues though, i get the error, and when I hit ok the loot box opens anyway and i get the loot. Now, I get the error at random times. I'll be playing in the middle of a game and the error pops up and i get kicked out. It also pops up when i start the game and it goes to the main menu. To answer your questions, I'm on PC, screen shot is attached, it affects all packs and game play, I'm charged credits and number of packs go down. but I AM getting the items the error just keeps popping up.

Hi, I keep experiencing the error code 2495. “Sorry, we couldn’t grant your reward. Please try again or check your inventory for new items. Error Code 2495" Basically when ever i open a loot crate or check my collection this message turns up and the contents are lost but my credits go down the cost of the crate. ☹️ I have done the following:Repair the gametrouble shooting of origin,Uninstalled and reinstalled the gameClean Boot. As none of these worked I have played some more of the campaign and have discovered I can not level select after the first three levels. This makes me wonder; I played originally on Early access 10 hour trial, is my save data locked to that? It would be around the 10 hour marker of gameplay the error code appeared and stopped me gaining my crates. Any ideas - I am all ears.

I created a video that not only shows the error, error code and duplicate item message, but I also show how I have not been credited for these duplicate items. It is my hope this is exactly what the EA team need to start the fix on this long-standing error. If you see this message or others like it. @wOOOOt-SD What system are you on? Can you get a screenshot? Does it affect all pack types? Are you charged credits/does your number of packs decrease?Thanks.

Yes first thing I ever tried. strange however is the fact after the micro transactions have been taken out i no longer get the message. at least not for the two hours i played yesterday after that announcement. nothing else i tried had worked. coincidence? :S

So you stopped getting the 2495 error message? Weird, I was just playing and I'm still getting them.

Yeah I have other issues that have remained such as the only levels i can select after finishing the campaign are the first three. So now convinced they are unrelated. Its really random. Might pop up again but i did a two hour session and logged in error 2459 free. No understanding as to why.

Have a solution to this error? I'm sick of this problem now. It started to be very annoying. I think no one is interested. people are traveling around the forums.

I am guessing it went away because of the micro transactions being turned off. Looks like it isn't the other change is i used crafting parts to build the remaining star cards for all the soldier classes maybe that affected it but my error came up with the facepalm emote not the I give up... seems its tied to one of the emote unlocks,

Mine is associated with "I give up" not sure what difference it would make though. I'm still getting the 2495 error. Did you craft the missing star card for everything or just assault, heavy, officer and specialist? I'll try anything. I spoke with customer service and was told he was unaware of the problem and gave me some generic troubleshooting fixes, none of which worked.

I did it on assault and heavy as i always triggered it just clicking them going into the collection. So i guessed it was connected to them.
I tried so many troubleshooting ideas all with no success.

On Xbox I get this error 2495 every time I start the game, open a crate or finish a multiplayer match. It appears I get the items but duplicates are not rewarding credits. It also is trying to reward an emote over and over that I already have. Customer service had me go through the common steps of delete cache, cloud saves reset networking ect. It didn't fix it but it did reset all my arcade progress which really stinks.

I was really hoping that with todays update that this would be fixed. but, I'm still getting the error. Has there been any word about a fix yet?
