Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure since this happen while sitting at the menu screen. Doesn't happen while playing a match

I keep getting spammed in game during the menu screen with the following error:
Sorry, we couldn't get your reward. Please try again or check your inventory for new items.
Error code: 2495
I have no new items or rewards to claim, yet, i get spammed with this message every 10 secs or so while sitting on the menu screen... It's really annoying...
Restarting? I've been playing this game for the last few days, so that means i've entered and exited the game and shut down my pc several times...
So yeah, that doesn't work obviously cause the bug keeps showing up...
Pretty sure many of us will be stuck with this error for a VERY long time...
Reinstalling would be a waste of Internet time and resources for an issue like this. This is a server side bug EA needs to fix specifically for event rewards. The inventory that will not update is in a server data table since it's an online game where inventory data is stored remotely. Uninstalling and reinstalling a game should always be a last resort. There are usually easier options such as deleting the user files for the game (after backing them up, of course). The Gigabyte cost of reinstalling a game could affect your Internet usage quota with your Internet service provider, if you have a usage quota. If you exceed your usage quota, you might end up having slower Internet which would affect your gameplay or, even worse, give you a larger Internet bill for the month.
Tryied reinstall, reset origin cache, disbale cloud sync, nothing helps 🙂
