What is your issue related to? In-Game Store & Crates
Summarize your bug I recently decided after almost 2 years that I would do the campaign, but unfortunately I have ran into this really annoying bug. Since crates have been removed from the game, I am unable to get the rewards (which I dont care about), so every time time I go back to the main menu, this message pops up saying "Sorry, we coudn't grant your reward. Please try again or check your inventory for new items. Error code 2,495" Also, the game keeps showing a yellow shape (to indicate I have finished the challenge) in the campaign section, but wont go away.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Playing the campaign and finishing missions that give you crate rewards.
What happens when the bug occurs? Error pop-up message occurs constantly
What do you expect to see? For this bug to be fixed.

UPDATE: Occasionally this bug will cause me to get pulled out of a game and back to main screen. It will then spam me with "Rewards Unlocked" and error code message
I've been having that problem too, but I always attributed it to the game trying to unlock something that's already unlocked.
