Error 4975.
I went through the EA help and it's rubbish. This is what they ask you:
IP address:
Last 4 digits of credit card:
Date of birth:
Billing address:
Phone number:
Two purchases on account and purchase dates (month/year):
This is for account recovery.
Which I have no idea what the answers are to half of these and need help. I would like to play bf2. Any suggestions?
Yes - search the forum for 4975. I saw at least 5 posts. One of those may help you.
If that doesn't work, you should be able to call EA support to get your issue resolved.
Hey guys, I’ve not played in a while, tried to log in and it says I need to reset password.
I did this through ea.com, password reset. Game still says the same error. I try logging in to EA using PSN option, but it keeps saying my credentials have expired. I can log in to EA, but I can’t play the game. Anyone got any help please? Thanks!
I am constantly getting error code 4975.
It says to reset my password on my EA account as it has expired. I did that on EA.com and then I tried to connect afterwards and it still has the same error message. I am getting really fed up with the bull crap. Now when I look at my account settings it shows that my xbox is no longer connect. This needs to be figured out ASAP.
