8 years agoI've tried all the old-wives tale solutions (FAQs) and other rhetoric in EA "help". The primary (home) account user can access multi-play battlefront and regardless of the Xbox Parental Controls (or age of the child 15), the sub-account can not play multi-player. I haven't even broken the news to him that the elite DLC is likely stuck in my inactive account.
I would love to find an alternative before I just return it and then ban EA games from my house due to misleading and deceptive conduct.
- Anonymous8 years agoI have yet to find a solution. This is EA’s problem and their mistake for not allowing sub accounts that have unrestricted access(regardless of age) to their multiplayer online. Would be great if they could at least respond with a notice stating they are working on a hot fix for this issue. I understand the game just came out but parents are purchasing this game for their children for Christmas only to find out they won’t be able to play the largest selling point of this game which is the multiplayer.
