Error 524, my sons sub account on Xbox live is unable to get online

THIS IS NOT on XBOX, I have issued a non-restricted adult account to my son and because I was truthful in his correct birth date, he can not play????  He can play online Call of Duty WWII (i don;t let him, but he could) and it is far more violent and disturbing than this game.  I played the game myself first to make sure it was appropriate and find it great if you disable all voice chat.  The only concern I have is with the voice chat from other irresponsible parents children.
 
Please patch this asap, it is up to parents to decide if our childern can play.  Especially when I read that the age is 18.  That is ridiculous.  My child can drive a car at 16, but not play a Star Wars video game?????  [Do not attempt to bypass the swear filter - CM]
