Error code 0x0006 SWBF2

I've had the "Invalid license. Reason code= Invalid Cipher (0x0006)". Also I get another error stating "The specified module could not be found."

I've been getting this error for over a year now and wanted to try to fix it, I uninstalled SWBF2 because of this. I had tried to reach origin support about this previously, but had gotten no response from support.

I've tried repairing my game files, restarting my computer, and doing both restarting my computer and repairing my game. Nothing has worked, so I don't know what to do. It seems like my BF2 is just completely bugged.

I've also tried purchasing on steam and that didn't work either.

Any possible solutions to fix this would be greatly appreciated (if it's even possible to fix at this point).
