Error 1510 was fixed for me with this patch, might want to log on to check.
I submitted a case to EA some time ago, and it was closed the next day with no response or help given! I have completed the entire campaign, Main plus Resurrection, and returned to complete the gathering of all collectibles. I started with "The Cleaner", got the last two collectibles, but the milestone only shows 2/3 collected. I have rerun the chapter multiple times, and although the game will not let me gather the collectibles, I still can't claim the reward. Why is my case marked closed when I haven't had a fix or any help? Why bother submitting these problems if all they do is close them without any fix?

Coming back to your issue - your "The Cleaner" milestone progress still shows 2/3 collected even if you've got all of them, is that right? Can I ask on which platform are you playing?

You are correct on both counts. I submitted my report as a bug under PS4 and BF II categories on help.ea.com, and although I have collected all three collectibles it only shows 2/3 on the "Salvager" milestone of that chapter so I can't claim the credits for that milestone.. I have completed, and been given credit for all chapters of the campaign, including Resurrection. I just didn't bother looking for the collectibles first time though.

We're aware of the issues with completing a few milestones in SWB2.

Any chance someone can look at my similar issue? In my case, the game plays absolutely fine, however when I try to open a case, the game completely crashes. This wasn't always the case, but the issue has been persisting for a few months now. I have 18 cases sitting that I cannot open.
