Error Code 1756

I am on PC and I played a match on Kashykk from about midway through the first phase, I played all the way to completion and racked up more than enough battle points to earn credits. At the end of the match I got the message that you normally get if you load into a match as it completes with no scores or challenges. I logged out of the game and came back in to this message when I clicked my challenges:

Now I have no Credits, Crystals, or Crafting Parts showing. My level shows the right progress but all challenges have been reset to 0:

I would appreciate some help on this matter. Thank you.

    I am talking to a EA Support Agent via chat. This just happened to me as well 30 min ago.

    I'm on PS4 with the exact same issue. I was just about to post about it.

    I'm level 50 and just got 100% completion, and now it says 0% and can't access credits/crafting parts.

    Also experienced blank score screens after the last couple matches I played before realizing the full nightmare.

    Please help us!

    Xbox one x same problem.
    On start up i get
    "We cant open your inventory right now. Please restart and try again. Error code 1756".

    Rank 25 everything reset to 0%.

    Play online and at end of game get no rewards. Just same error msg.

    Update on this, I did a quick run on Arcade and all my credits, crystals and crafting parts showed back up. So, I tried a multiplayer match and got the same results as before, the screen you get when you enter a match as it completes. I appear to have been rewarded credits for the round, but nothing else. No challenge progress and no progress on my level.

    EA support says they are working on the issue now. It will be resolved soon they hope.

    Hopefully when i wake up (about 8 hours) it will be fixed if not ill be pretty dissipointed as i just bought this game not knowing theirs 8 million problems like this
