Error Code 2,002 Pre order duplicates without purchase.

Summarize your bug Whenever I log in after the latest patch a error 2,002 message pops up and then after playing a round or rebooting the game I'll get the 2 pre order crates in my inventory dispite not pre ordering or buying anything.
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? YourBuddyGarrus
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 4/18/2018
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 7:00pm
In what game mode did the bug occur? Galactic Assault
What is your time zone? PST - GMT - 8:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I do not know.
What happens when the bug occurs? I just boot up my copy of the game and then the message pops up a few seconds after it connects my account. After playing a round of any game mode or quitting the game and booting it back up the 2 Kylo Ren and Rey pre order crates appear in my inventory. It happens every time I log out and back into my account with the switch profile option in the main menu as well. This happens infinitely.
What do you expect to see? Nothing but challenge crates, and my daily log in crate.
