Error code 4,975 - Invalid account
My kids trying to play on my Battlefront 2 account which to date has worked fine but now all of a sudden when launched it says invalid account. When I attempt to log into EA with my microsoft account I get account not eligible.
Up to this point everythings worked okay so I've no idea whats going on. My kids 6 so I'm sure no ones been cheating so theres 0 chance my account should be banned. When I log into EA through my email thats the same for my xbox account it lists no games which makes sense, I believe battlefront was a games for gold or on sale when I bought it so the entitlement is on microsofts servers.
I've been playing call of duty and sekiro but as far as I know it was working okay yesterday.
You HAVE to contact EA, There is no other way. If you get them first thing in the morning the wait time isn't 99+ minutes and it was relatively painless. The rep had me fixed and explained the suspicious access to my account was likely the cause.
Theyre going to ask for the emails and send confirmation codes for validation. If you can't do that I don't know what the outcome would be but try not to hit the chat on a mobile phone it has a semi-funny refresh and can disconnect you.
